• Buffer GraphQL API — How Buffer's API actually works, how the post-to-buffer skill wraps it, and how to format content differently for LinkedIn, Threads, and X without thinking about it.
• Content extraction — The insight isn't "create more content." It's that you already have the content — in your sessions, your builds, your problem-solving. This module shows you how to pull it out.
• Threads direct — When you want to bypass Buffer entirely. The threads-api skill handles text, images, and carousels. Plus reply management and basic analytics from the terminal.

Everything here is built from real skills and agents running in production. The post-to-buffer and threads-api skills named in these modules exist and work today.

Time commitment: About 2 hours total. The modules build on each other but Module 1 stands alone if you just want the overview.
