Integration in Practice
In Cerebro, integration connects the system to the outside world:
- kit-cli connects to Kit.com (email marketing) --- subscriber management, broadcast scheduling, tag operations, all from the terminal. No context-switching to a web dashboard.
- Calibre + Chroma form the knowledge pipeline. Books go into Calibre, get indexed into a vector database, and become searchable context for the oracle agent. Physical shelf to searchable knowledge in a pipeline.
- MCP servers extend the AI’s reach --- local LLM routing for cost optimisation, n8n workflow automation, browser automation, and file system operations. Each server is a bridge between the AI and a specific service.
- morning-brief ties it together. One command on Monday morning pulls calendar events, pending tasks, email status, project health from the vault, and news context --- all into a single summary. The compound effect of small integrations adding up to a complete daily picture.
