Module 1 · Section 1 of 5
I almost quit Signal Over Noise twice.
Not because I ran out of things to say. The ideas were there. What killed my consistency was the production overhead — the four to five hours every week between “I have an idea” and “the issue is sent.” Research, outline, first draft, edit, second edit, format for Kit.com, write the subject line, schedule it. Then do the same thing for Second Brain Chronicles two weeks later.
Some weeks I just didn’t. The issue slipped to Thursday, then Friday, then didn’t go out at all. Readers noticed. I noticed.
