SHAPE moves you through five phases:
- Situation: Assess where you are now
- Hypothesis: Define what success looks like
- Action: Test it on real work
- Process: Apply what works to more of your work
- Evaluation: Measure, adjust, repeat
SHAPE works at every level — one workflow, a small team, or a whole business. The logic stays the same: be honest about where you are, define what success looks like, test it, spread what works, and keep measuring.
